On top of the growing debt crisis, America is facing another major epidemic: obesity. Every year millions more Americans are considered technically obese, and this growth doesn't seem to be slowing down.
Even though we're taught in grade school how to eat healthy, skeptics believe that it isn't quite enough. If America really knows how to eat healthy, why are so many people struggling to maintain a healthy weight? Should we blame the fast food companies?
