Morney Schlebusch returns to Penrith - A new Hooters restaurant in Penrith

Hooters OpeningPRLog (Press Release) - Sep 06, 2011 - After a ten year gap, restaurateur Morney Schlebusch has returned to the Penrith area to expand his latest venture, Hooters Restaurants .

Schlebusch operated and managed the very first Panarottis Pizza Pasta food chain to come to Australia, in the Panther’s Leagues Club, over a decade ago. After a successful tenure with Panarottis, Schlebusch sold his share in the company to move onto other ventures, but he has now returned to where it all began.

“In June of this year I opened a brand new Hooters franchise in Penrith and it feels amazing to be back in an area I know very well and love. The people and the community have the same wonderful welcoming feel as it did ten years ago, but the area has grown financially in an incredible manner and I can only see the economic growth getter stronger here,” said Morney Schlebusch, COO, Hooters Restaurants Australia.

“There are around 170,000 people in the Penrith area and we look forward to providing them with a new experience, together with our fun service and great food. It’s been great to be able to give back to the community also, by creating jobs- from building the stunning new restaurant, to all Hooters Girls and chefs- and making it truly the restaurant of the Penrith people,” Schlebusch said.

Hooters at Penrith has only been open for three months and has already been a major hit with the local area. It prides itself as a local neighbourhood restaurant with fantastic service and a fun and friendly environment.

Morney, who has over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, has perfected the food as well. With not only a sizzling menu packed with steaks, ribs, and burgers, Hooters has great value for money. Schlebusch is a family man and has four children himself, so has ensured the menu is tailor made to suit younger diners also.

Along with the expansion of Hooters in Penrith, Hooters will be opening a new store in Campbelltown in November and another store in Surfers Paradise, such is the growing success of the brand.

Hooters Penrith is located just off the M4 Freeway and right next door to the Grey Gums Hotel. Whether you want a quiet dinner, you’re making plans for Christmas parties or you just want a unique night out with friends, everything is covered for you at Hooters Penrith.

“I see so many familiar faces from the old days and now I can focus on re-establishing those relationships from before, in our newest establishment Hooters of Penrith. I am exceptionally proud of this restaurant and it truly feels great to be back home,” Schlebusch concluded.

To interview Morney Schlebusch, Chief Operating Officer, Hooters Penrith or for a private appointment to try the great menu at the new restaurant, please contact Nichole Schlebusch, Marketing Director Hooters Australia on 02 9680 7770 or nichole@hootersaustralia.com

Little Bay open first UK restaurant outside of London

PRLog (Press Release) – Jul 19, 2011 – Famed for its modern-European style food and extravagant decor, Little Bay has made its mark in London for excellent value, quality food.  Now, Founder Peter Ilic has brought his fine bistro menu to the seaside, for locals and tourists alike.

Brighton has an array of eateries serving Italian and Asian cuisines but Little Bay will be joining just a handful of modern-European style restaurants, none of which offer an experience quite like Little Bay.  Diners will be able to enjoy live opera music several evenings a week and locally-sourced ingredients across the menu.

“I think Little Bay is just what Brighton needs” said Peter, “we’re offering all Little Bay Brighton followers on Twitter, 50% off their total bill if they book in advance, so come and see for yourselves”.

Situated on King’s Road and adjoined to umi hotel Brighton, the restaurant is working with umi to provide dinner, bed and breakfast packages to hotel guests but is also completely open to the public.  The restaurant is ideally located for pre or post theatre dining, being just minutes from The Brighton Centre and a short walk from the Theatre Royal Brighton.

Little Bay Brighton will be open seven days a week, including Christmas Day and is fully licensed.  Families, business guests and private groups are all welcome to dine between 7am to midnight, daily (11pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays).

Notes to editors:

Journalists are welcome to come and review Little Bay Brighton in return for media coverage, please book in advance via Rachael Dines, PR for Little Bay, contact details below.

There are four Little Bay restaurants in the UK already, across London: Kilburn (NW6 4BT), Farringdon (EC1R 3AL), Croydon (CR2 6PB) and Battersea (SW11 3SJ).  Sadly, the Battersea restaurant was closed due to major fire damage in January 2010. However, it is due to be re-opened in early 2012.

A successful restaurateur with over 30 years’ experience running his own businesses 1916338565  in London, Peter Ilic has seen the capital’s economic and dining landscape change dramatically. He originally introduced ‘Pay What You Think It’s Worth’ dining to the UK back in the 1980’s and found the concept to be even more successful the second time round in 2010.
