Website Launched to Offer Advice on Fallen Arches

Fallen arches not only lead to foot arch pain, but are implicated in a number of different musculoskeletal problems throughout the lower body. This gait irregularity, termed overpronation, places an increased strain on the muscles, bones and tendons throughout the lower body. It makes shin splints more likely, and can cause a wide range of foot and ankle issues.

Fallen arches change the posture of the body, and even small misalignment's can have serious repercussions, leading to joint, hip, and lower back pain. The strain placed on the cuboid and tarsal bones in the mid and rear of the foot is increased, and excess forces can be transferred to the metatarsals. Stress fractures of these bones, arthritic damage to joints and strains on the muscles can all take their toll.

The new website aims to educate readers on fallen arches and their causes, to help prevent the condition from becoming a problem. CAM Bank Bailout Could Offer Last Half Price Property at Polaris World Resorts in Spain

Buyers can still buy on the current terms and at the existing prices. However the Spanish government has indicated its intention to sell CAM bank by 30th September 2011 at the latest so bank policy may well change after that point. Spanish bank property is likely to offer some fantastic opportunities for lifestyle buyers and investors in the coming months, but it is possible we may have seen the bottom of the market with the soon to be disappearance of the bank that has led the way so far with its aggressive price cutting and mortgage offering.

Andrea Ross moved with her husband Brandon, in 2003 to Cambodia where they started the Journeys Within Tour Company and Boutique Hotel. After completing her thesis Andrea stayed on to spearhead the conservation efforts of this species in Mozambique, founding the Marine Megafauna Association. Her world-leading manta ray research program examines aspects of their biology, reproductive ecology, habitat use, migrations and social behaviour. Aside from dramatically increasing the level of knowledge on manta rays them-selves, Andrea’s discovery of a new giant species of manta ray in 2008 was one of the largest new spe-cies to have been described by any scientist in the last 50 years. In 2010 Andrea started Ray of Hope Expeditions, a travel company that allows her to engage with the public and fund her international research on manta rays. Her specially designed research expeditions give guests the opportunity to dive with her and learn from her vast experience of diving with manta rays, while actively participating in marine research. In the evenings, Dr. Marshall will delight participants with specially prepared talks and presentations. As an accomplished underwater photographer, Andrea will also share her knowledge of how to best photograph these majestic animals.
